We are a full service bicycle shop. We have knowledgeable employees who are eager to help you using their expertise and to offer advice and recommendations. We are happy to take any measurements and do the research that is necessary to get you the right part the first time.
No one at Cartersville Bicycle is paid on commission. Therefore, we offer a zero pressure sales environment where our #1 goal is help you get the right bike/part/accessory to meet your needs.
If you are an online customer, please contact us with questions before purchasing. We offer all of these ways to get in touch with us.
However, in the rare instance where you need to return an item:
- For in store purchases, you have 7 days to return a bicycle and 30 days for all other items.
- For a bicycle to be eligible for return, it must be in new condition. If we cannot sell the bicycle to another customer as new, it is used and therefore not eligible for return.
- For online orders, you have 30 days to return an item. You are responsible for round trip shipping charges even if your order qualified for free shipping. This means the cost of us shipping the item to you WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR REFUND. However, you are always welcome to return an item in store whether you purchased it online or in the store.
All returns must be in new condition with all packaging and product undamaged. If you attempted installation, the item is not returnable. If you purchased in store and did not provide name, number, address, etc. at time of purchase, the original receipt is required. Refunds will always be the same as the original method of payment.
